Under pressure, NYPD re-words report

A coalition of pressure groups has led the New York Police Department to re-word a report that concluded that homegrown terrorists often were indoctrinated in local “radicalization incubators,” including cafes and bookstores, that are “rife with extremist rhetoric.”
