January 2024 Newsletter: I am more resolved than ever to stand firm for Western freedoms

Dear Friend,

Last year was full of pain and suffering—as well as many challenges to freedom across the world. As AHA Foundation’s work continues in 2024, a year sure to be a defining one for the future of Western freedoms and ideals, my message to you is this: I am more resolved than ever to defend our precious Western freedoms and ideals, as is everyone at AHA. I know you are, too.

Thank you for all the amazing victories you helped us to achieve in 2023, and let’s keep protecting the flame of liberty in 2024, even as darkness still envelops much of the world.

In our blog this month, we interviewed Tamara, a brave child marriage survivor and now an activist, whom we have worked with as part of the National Coalition to End Child Marriage. Her story of suffering and breaking free is both heart-rending and inspiring. As she says, “When anything like this happens to a little girl, their lives are forever changed.” Tamara is the perfect exemplification of the resolve I feel going into 2024: despite all that has happened to her, she has hope, and she stands firm in the defense of women’s and girls’ rights.
