Ayaan speaks with Flemming Rose, Foreign Editor at the Danish Jyllands-Posten and champion of free speech, about her optimism around the potential for a reformation of Islam.

When asked to explain this optimism, Ayaan says, “What I’m seeing…is the rise of a set of people, I’ve decided to call them the dissidents of Islam, who are asking the right questions. They are taking a self-critical posture, and by taking that self-critical posture, they are the ones who are the pioneers of the next chapter.”
