Rifqa Bary has been returned to Ohio against her will and against fears that such a return could present imminent threats to her safety: remarkably, Bary’s telephone and internet use are now restricted, but not out of concern for HER well-being. In an astonishing move, children’s services attorney Jim Zorn pushed for supervision that would have restricted Bary from using the internet and her cell phone altogether. In response, Rifqa Bary’s attorney said: “If the goal here is normalcy and reunification or whatever, this is not the way to go.”
