This past year was one for the record books at the AHA Foundation. From the launch of our new forced marriage and honor violence text line, to running our online training for professionals, to legal advocacy efforts across the nation, it seemed that we barely had a moment to catch our breath.
We know all of you, without whom our work wouldn’t be possible, have been equally busy, and we thank you for taking the time to stay in touch and support us in the fight to end honor violence. With the new year, we invite you to look back with us and catch up on the AHA Foundation’s most popular blog articles of 2015 as determined by you, our readers.
What you said: “[Ayaan] speaks with honor, integrity and true humanity.” (Shoshana)
What you said: “Here we need to know where young girls and women with their children can go for shelter and help. We need to be educated about helping these girls/women so we can be there for them when we meet one.” (Theresa R.)
What you said: “Poignant, insightful and powerful.” (Wendy)
